Protokoly a přílohy připojené k této dohodě tvoří její nedílnou součást. Rada ministrů může revidovat, přezkoumat nebo změnit přílohy Ia, II, III, IV a VI na základě doporučení Výboru AKT - ES pro spolupráci při financování rozvoje.
Tato dohoda, sepsaná ve dvojím vyhotovení v jazyce anglickém, českém, dánském, estonském, finském, francouzském, italském, litevském, lotyšském, maďarském, maltském, německém, nizozemském, polském, portugalském, řeckém, slovenském, slovinském, španělském a švédském, přičemž všechna znění mají stejnou platnost, bude uložena v archivech generálního sekretariátu Rady Evropské unie a sekretariátu států AKT, které předají její ověřený opis vládě každého ze signatářských států.
