§ 189
Statut investičního fondu
Každý investiční fond musí mít statut. Vytváří-li investiční fond podfondy, postačí, má-li statut pro každý z těchto podfondů. Statut investičního fondu vydává a aktualizuje jeho obhospodařovatel.
